This segment of woven insulation fabric likely originated from one of the exploding Raptor engines on board Booster 7 during ascent. Another possible origin point is the plumbing within the Launch Pad, however this possibility is much less likely since the structure of the OLM deck was not compromised in the same way B7s engines were.
